How to send debug info?

- Open demo application.
- Find and select Debug checkbox.
- Select other required settings, press Start or Play button, after some time press Stop button.
- Send files from "My Documents\VisioForge" to support@visioforge.com .

then choose the file using the "..." button present in MainDemo, I click on the Button "Start", I get the message "Unregistered version", and not video does not start out on DebugMode the string: "DirectShow Event:ClockChanged", after that if I click it again on the "Start" button I get the error Framework.
Trying to record files "FLVSplitter.ax", "MP4Splitter.ax" and "MPCVideoDec.ax" using the command "regsvr32.exe", you can hear the audio of video files, but you do not see the images.
